Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Use this form to request a return, an exchange or the cancellation of an order from Decatre. Fill in the details below and we will reply within 2 business days with your return authorization and instructions. Submitting this form is free, and it is one of the ways you may cancel an order before it ships.

1. Good to Know

• Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery; items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and accessories.
• Cancellations are free before the order ships.
• Returns are free — we cover return shipping. Damaged, defective or wrong items are always our responsibility — attach photos below.
• Do not ship anything until you receive our authorization email with the return address (2617 Deerford Street, Lakewood, CA 90712, United States).
• Refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item, to the original payment method.

within 2 business days you will receive our email confirming whether the request is approved and, for returns, the return address and authorization number to include in the parcel. Ship the item with tracking and keep proof of postage. Once we receive and check it, the refund is processed 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item to the original payment method; cancelled orders are refunded within 7 business days.
